How to Schedule at SHS
To schedule an appointment, please call 630.752.5072. We are not scheduling through MyChart this semester. Due to the high number of calls we estimate our office will be receiving, please leave a message with the following information if we do not answer:

- Reason for appointment
- Times/days available to be seen
