Our Mission
Our team is committed to working “For Christ and His Kingdom” as we support faculty and staff throughout their employment at Wheaton College.
We do this, in part, through
- intentionally selecting candidates for positions where they can use their unique giftings to impact the future of the College
- providing ongoing support and service to employees past and present as they navigate their compensation and benefits offerings
- initiating organizational development efforts to help establish effective teams across campus
- and positively influencing workplace culture.

In line with the mission of the College, our team approaches every interaction and strives to complete every task with excellence. We are consistently learning and measure our processes against industry standards so we can serve the campus community more effectively.

Compassion is more than a value; it is an attitude we strive to embody. Throughout employee life transitions, our team listens attentively and offers ongoing support and assistance. We meet employee needs in a considerate and professional manner, as well as empower employees to make informed decisions for themselves and their loved ones.
