Hours and Closures for 2019
The BGC Archives hours of operation and closures are subject to change. Please contact the Archives before planning a research visit to confirm our current hours and dates.
Please Note: No BGC Archives staff member is available to pull material on Saturdays. Visitors planning to use archival material on a Saturday must place their request before 3pm on Friday prior to their visit.
Regular Hours
Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 2:00pm
Closures for 2019
January 21 for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
March 14 for Staff Inservice
April 19-20 for Easter holiday
May 25-27 for Memorial Day
For the week of June 3-7 the BGC Archives will have limited availability. Please contact the Archives office for more information
July 4 for Independence Day
August 31-September 1 for Labor Day
November 28-30 for Thanksgiving holiday
December 24 - January 1 for Christmas and New Year holiday break
