New Student Arrival Information

Wheaton Passage Programs:

• Wilderness-Wednesday, August 7, 2019
• Urban-Saturday, August 10, 2019
• Northwoods-Wednesday, August 14, 2019
• Equestrian-Wednesday, August 14, 2019 

First Generation, International & TCK students-Thursday, August 22, 2019:

• First, check into your residence hall from 2-4pm
• Next, stop by the Orientation Welcome Center at the south end of the Beamer Center from 3-5pm
• Passport to Wheaton Orientation program for international, TCK, and MKs is Friday morning, August 23
• The First Generation Lunch for students and parents takes place Friday, August 23 at noon

Conservatory Majors-Thursday, August 22, 2019:

• First, check into your residence hall from 2-4pm
• Next, check in at the Orientation Welcome Center at the south end of the Beamer Center 3-5pm

All other new students-Friday, August 23, 2019:

• Residence Halls open from move-in from 9am-4pm
• For students living in residence halls, check in at your residence hall first, then stop by the Welcome Center at the south end of the Beamer Center.
• Student Welcome Center is open from 9am-4pm in the Phelps Room of Lower Beamer.
• For transfers living in campus apartments or houses, check in at the Welcome Center first, then head to your residence to move in.
• Parent check-in takes place from 9am-4pm in the Fireside Room of Lower Beamer.
