Welcome to the newly reimagined Center for Vocation and Career. Today’s Center is focused on reaching every Wheaton student, ensuring you have all of the tools and experiences you will need to achieve your full potential as you serve Christ and His kingdom.

Today’s team is focused on creating a customized approach that educates students for today and tomorrow.

The ever-changing landscape of the world of work means our students will need to be ready to pivot and adapt as change occurs. We give you the tools to do just that. The days of one career for a lifetime are gone. Today’s students must be nimble and ready to change with the times.

Because of this new world of work, we invest our time teaching students to examine your skills, values, and interests at each phase of the journey. We provide opportunities for you to explore the many career choices available to you as liberal arts graduates. Choices that will help you build the church and benefit society worldwide.

Through internships, research experiences, study abroad, and other experiential learning opportunities, students will develop the skills you will need to take the next step toward fulfilling your potential.  Through technology, student-focused programming, and in person interaction, the CVC will help you understand your unique skills and interests, explore opportunities to use those gifts in a variety of careers, and teach you how to navigate the vocational process. From resumes and cover letters to online profiles, interview skills, and connecting with others, our goal is to teach you the skills necessary to pursue your vocation throughout your life. Our desire is to provide you with the tools you'll need as you transition from your vocation as a student to the next chapter in your life.

We believe God has given you a unique set of skills and interests – all intended to equip you to pursue multiple vocations throughout your life. The Center for Vocation and Career wants to help each of you see the gifts God has given you and how you can best use those to make an impact for Christ and His kingdom.

We hope to see you soon!
