Global Leadership Program Options
Most students complete the program by coming to campus just a few weeks per year, usually once a semester (Fall, Spring, and Summer). There is advance work to complete before arriving on campus for that week, and a project to finish after leaving.
At the full-time pace, the M.A. can be completed in as little as 2 years.

At the part-time pace, the M.A. can be completed in as little as 3 years, but students have up to 5 years to complete the degree. Students can work with an adviser to plan out their 40 credit hour program.
A cohort is simply a group of people brought together for a common purpose. In a cohort model, students stay together as a group throughout the program. The goal of a cohort is for you to build lasting relationships with a learning community that stays together for the entire length of the program.
The cohort model means that your fellow students will be taking each course with you, allowing you to develop deep life relationships with others who are hungry to expand their biblical knowledge for Christ and His Kingdom.
Students interested in the M.A. in Global Leadership may choose to enter the Global Leadership Summit (GLS) Partner Program. Through an arrangement between GLS and Wheaton College, students are awarded 2 credits for LEAD 547 toward the M.A. in Global Leadership upon successful completion of the GLS Certificate (the GLS certificate is awarded by GLS).
Upon successful completion of both the GLS Certificate (awarded by GLS) and the Graduate Leadership Certificate (awarded by Wheaton College), students are awarded 2 credits in LEAD 547 toward the M.A. in Global Leadership. The 8 credits earned in LEAD 556 and LEAD 557 as part of the Graduate Leadership Certificate will also count toward the M.A. in Global Leadership. This would give the student 10 credits toward the 40 credits required for the M.A. degree.
