Visiting campus is a great way to get a feel for a college, and we hope that you choose to visit us!
Register for a Visit
Our office welcomes visitors year-round and is open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Please register for a visit online or contact our Campus Visit Coordinator at 800.222.2419 ext. 2 (or 630.752.5600) to schedule a visit.
Academic Year Visitors
During the school year, we recommend visiting on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, as these days offer more class visit options. In addition, chapel services take place Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from September through April and provide a great venue for you to interact with the Wheaton community. Please call our Visit Coordinator at 800.222.2419 ext. 2 (or 630.752.5600) to schedule your visit.
On most school days*, tours (led by a Wheaton student) and information sessions (led by an Admissions Counselor) will take place at the following times:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 9:20 am Campus Tour
- 10:40 am Chapel
- 11:30 am Who We Are - Information Session
- 1:15 pm Music Information Session
- 2:45 pm Who We Are - Information Session
- 3:30 pm Campus Tour
Tuesday and Thursday
- 9:20 am Campus Tour
- 10:35 Who We Are - Information Session
- 1:15 pm Music Information Session
- 2:45 pm Who We Are - Information Session
- 3:30 pm Campus Tour
*Please note that these times do not apply to Wheaton Connection visit days, which have their own unique schedules.
In addition to scheduling tours and information sessions, with two weeks notice, the Visit Coordinator can also schedule the following:
- Appointments with faculty, coaches, and financial aid counselors
- Chapel visit
- Class visits: View a list of class visit opportunities
Our Visit Coordinator can also arrange for overnight housing in a residence hall with a student host. If you would like to schedule an overnight stay, please contact us at least two weeks prior to your visit. A hotel list is available for family staying overnight in the Wheaton area.
Summer Visitors
On weekdays during the summer (May 6th - August 27th), campus tours and admissions information sessions will take place at the following times:
Monday - Friday

- 1:15 pm Music Information Session (MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS ONLY)
- 2:00 pm Campus Tour
- 3:15 pm Who We Are – Information Session
Unfortunately class visits and overnight dorm stays are unavailable during the summer. With one week advance notice, the Hospitality Coordinator may be able to arrange individual appointments with professors or coaches. The cafeteria is open for lunch between 11:45am and 1:00pm during the summer. Please email our Hospitality Coordinator at callie.storch@wheaton.edu to schedule your visit.
Saturday Visitors
If it works best for you to come to campus on a Saturday, you’re welcome to visit us on any Saturday from September 7, 2019 through November 9, 2019.
While here, you will be able to attend:

Campus Tour Guides/Overnight Hosts
The Diakonoi (Greek for "ones who serve") are Wheaton sophomores who have been selected to give campus tours and host prospective students during the academic year. The "Dekes" love getting to know prospective students and helping those students get to know Wheaton!
Travel Information
Undergraduate Admissions is located in the Welcome Center, which is south of the Beamer Student Center. Parking is reserved for campus visitors in front of the Welcome Center. Campus visitors may also park in the "W" permit parking spaces.
If you are traveling by plane, we recommend either renting a car or contacting a taxi service.
