Graduate and Field Study Schools
If you are interested in furthering your education after graduation or in your field there is an extensive listing of graduate schools and schools of field studies both posted and filed in the department office. We have forms for many schools both nationally and internationally.
HRAF (Human Relations Area Files)
A large categorized cross-cultural archive of books and print resources is available in the Billy Graham Center Library in the form of the Human Relations Area Files. Archeology lab facilities are also available in conjunction with the archeology program.
Fossil Cast Collection
The department also has a collection of approximately 55 casts of skulls and other portions of fossil hominids that are used for teaching courses relating to human origins.
Anthropology Museum
A small collection of several hundred items of material culture are displayed in the Ivan Fahs Seminar room in Blanchard Hall on the second floor. This collection is dominated by New Guinea statuary, and African and Amazonian technology and weaponry.
